He established the business based on personalized service, using the best brands and styles along with top quality installations. After 20 years of operating Creative Carpet Steve Heffron retired in 2002, turning Creative Carpet over to his two long time employees Andy Juliani and Joe Zentis. Together they bring over 30 years experience in the carpeting business. They are sales professionals with both installation and estimating experience.
